Fall

The season is starting to change. Gone are the 90+ degree days with excessive humidity but that does not mean that we can't become dehydrated quickly. You need to remember to drink water as much as you can and be proactive in doing so. If and when we would have a fire, it does not take long for the body to become dehydrated. This would also be a time to think of putting together a little bag or something to carry some extra clothing that would be dry. The cool air blowing over your wet clothes will take away your body heat a little quicker than the summer time air.
